There isn’t any minimum order
VAT of 25% is included in the price within the EU. Outside the EU the VAT is taken of the price and VAT is charged
by customs, and the % depends on your country´s regulations.
International we use Payson. National its Klarna checkout. Credit Card, Bank Wire Transfer or invoice/part payment
The invoices are managed by Klarna. When ordering, you state your name, address, telephone number, email address and which product (s) the order relates to. You also need to enter your personal identification numbers, due to credit controls. You will receive an invoice to be paid within 14 days. We do not control the due date, so please be sure and check the invoice due date so that you do not risk Klarna sending a reminder.
Part payment / Klarna
3, 6 or 12 months interest-free. Only an arrangement fee and administration fee will be added. Minimum payment. In order to use the part payment option, your order will have to exceed 1000 SEK.
3 months. Arrangement fee 95 SEK. Administration fee 29 SEK.

12 months. Arrangement fee 295 SEK. Administration fee 29 SEK.

We usually deliver your package within 2-4 days, for products that are in stock. During the high season, it may take longer.
All packages are sent with DHL.

Complaint and right of return
Every product comes with a warranty (1 year). In case you can prove damage as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you new components, but the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. You will have to pay the return shipping. When returning a product, a return form will have to be filled in.
If a product is returned within 14 days after you receive it, due to the fact that the product was either damaged or that we sent you the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping as well as the shipment back to you. This will be paid in arrears after we have received, examined and returned the right product to you. If there is no damage to the product returned by you, you will have to pay for the shipping back to you as well. Therefore, it is very important that you thoroughly examine the product before returning it.
You have, according to the law, the right to return your ordered products without any given reason. You will need to send us a notice regarding the return as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you receive the product, this according to the recommendations set up by the Swedish Consumer Agency.
Damaged or uncollected packages
If your package is damaged, you should report this immediately to your local post office or any other conveyor, as well as filing a damage report. Do not collect a damaged package! If you discover the damage first when you have opened the package, and the damage was caused by the post office or the shipping company, you should contact them and file a damage report. If there is a dispute between you and the post office or the shipping company that can’t be resolved, please contact us.
If you have placed an order but have not collected the package within 1 month (for packages) or 14 days (for letters) it will be returned to us. We will send you an invoice for 350 SEK covering our costs of administration.
