Infitech Flowthrough Telescopic Suppressor (IFTS) Generation 2
The IFTS Flow Gen 2 is an evolution of our popular IFTS suppressor for semi-automatic rifles in .30 and .223 caliber. New features in the IFTS Gen 2 include significantly improved sound suppression, retained gas flow-through (Flowthrough) function, reduced weight, and approval for more rapid successive shots. This makes the IFTS Gen 2 an even better companion both in the field and at the shooting range!
The IFTS Flow Gen 2 is a telescopic suppressor designed primarily for use on semi-automatic rifles.
The suppressor utilizes a special "Flow-through" technology that creates a low-pressure zone, actively redirecting gases to the rear section of the suppressor and then to an outer vortex chamber where they are gradually guided forward and cooled before being released around the muzzle again.
This virtually eliminates all the typical issues associated with traditional suppressors on semi-automatic rifles.
The design of the IFTS Flow Gen 2 also allowed us to manufacture the suppressor from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum while still handling rifle calibers like .308W without the usual wear issues associated with aluminum suppressors, resulting in very low weight.
The vortex chamber is also designed in such a way that the expanding gases help the suppressor to automatically tighten itself, reducing the issue of suppressors loosening during use—a common problem otherwise.
The IFTS Flow Gen 2 is available in three different lengths over the barrel (measured from the shoulder of the muzzle thread):
100mm: Perfect for most 20" / 50cm barrels such as Ruger SFAR etc.
50mm: Perfect for most 18" / 45cm barrels such as Ruger MPR, DB15/DB10 etc.
0mm: A non-telescopic version compatible with Borelock muzzle brakes/flash hiders. Note: This model is not available with direct thread.
